Frequently Asked Questions

General

What areas do you serve?+

Boynton Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, and the surrounding Palm Beach County area.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Yes, fully licensed and insured for residential and commercial tree work.

What services do you offer?+

Tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, palm tree trimming, stump grinding, emergency storm cleanup, land clearing, HOA and commercial tree care, and waterfront/canal-front tree service.

Pricing

Do you offer free estimates?+

Yes, every estimate is free with no obligation to book: a real, written number before any work starts, not a vague range.

How is pricing determined?+

Price depends on the tree’s size, its condition, and how difficult the access is. A tree next to a pool or power line takes more time and care than one standing alone in an open yard. No two jobs price the same, which is why we give you a firm number after seeing the job in person instead of a phone-quote guess.

Do you require payment upfront?+

[PLACEHOLDER: needs real deposit/payment policy from the business owner before this goes live. Do not publish a made-up policy.]

Tree Removal

Do I need a permit to remove a tree?+

Sometimes, depending on the species, size, and property. We check this for you during your free estimate.

What happens to the wood and debris?+

Full haul-away is included as standard, or wood chips can be left on-site as mulch if you’d rather keep them.

How do you safely remove trees close to my house?+

We use controlled rigging to lower branches and sections piece by piece instead of felling the whole tree at once, which keeps the work safe even in tight spots near a roof, fence, or pool cage.

Storm & Emergency

Do you offer emergency service?+

Yes, we prioritize storm-damage calls and typically get a crew out within 24-48 hours, faster when conditions allow.

Can you help with insurance documentation after storm damage?+

We provide photos and a written description of completed work that you can submit as part of your claim.

What should I do if a tree falls on my house?+

Keep everyone away from the area, don’t attempt to move debris near power lines yourself, and call us right away. We prioritize these calls and will document the damage as we clear it.

Service Area

Do you serve HOA and commercial properties?+

Yes, see our HOA & Commercial Tree Care page for details on recurring maintenance contracts.

Do you serve areas outside the five cities listed?+

In most cases, yes. Call us and we’ll confirm whether your address falls within our service radius.
